Carrot Cake. Carrot, pineapple and walnut cake topped with cream cheese frosting.   Unbelievably moist.  

Decadent Chocolate Cake. This dense fudge-like cake is for those who love chocolate.  Made with or without a raspberry filling and covered with a decadent chocolate glaze, this cake will satisfy any chocolate craving.

Raw Apple Cake.   Big chunks of apples and walnuts fill this cake.  Topped with cream cheese frosting.  A must in the fall.  

Chocolate, Vanilla, or Marble Cake. These moist traditional cakes have my secret recipe buttercream frosting.  You choose, light chocolate or vanilla frosting in your choice of colors.  Add sprinkles of your choice to dress things up a bit.  

Lemon Cake. A light lemon cake with lemon whipped topping.  Very light!  

Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The traditional cake we grew up on in the 70s.  

Pear Walnut Upside Down Cake. This ginger infused cake is delicious served warm. Just reheat and add whipped topping.  

Banana Walnut Upside Down Cake. The banana version of the Pear Walnut Upside Down Cake.  

Rhubarb Custard Cake. This moist cake includes rhubarb.  Now when's the last time you even heard about rhubarb?  Trust me, your grandma used it.  

Blueberry Buckle. Only your grandma can tell you how good a blueberry buckle is.  This moist blueberry coffee cake is loaded with blueberries and topped with a crumb topping.  

Cinnamon Crumble Coffee Cake. This cinnamon sugar coffee cake has pecans and a crumb topping.  Your cup of coffee will scream for this one.
